Current Work

I’m a content creator currently working behind the camera with CoStar as an architectural photographer, photo journalist, videographer, and commercial drone pilot. Alongside this, I’m pursuing my MFA in Photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design, a journey that continues to shape my craft.

At CoStar, the global leader in real estate information, I’m entrusted with creating captivating content for platforms like LoopNet, Apartments.com, Homes.com, and Ten-X. My work is about more than just imagery, it’s about weaving visual narratives that elevate both the aesthetic and function of these spaces, helping to tell stories that resonate with every viewer.

Previous Work

Before joining CoStar, I honed my craft at creative firms like Stone Road Media and Imagebox Productions (React Digital), where I became deeply immersed in a wide spectrum of storytelling. From crafting full-length TV shows to producing dynamic 15- and 30-second commercials, I shaped narratives across all mediums. My lens also focused on high-quality lifestyle and product photography. I led teams through each stage of a project, from concept to execution, with a mission to help clients forge emotional bonds through impactful storytelling.

Beyond my work in the field, education has always been a passion. As a college instructor, I designed and taught a comprehensive photography curriculum, guiding students through essential techniques in composition, lighting, and post-processing. I thrived on creating engaging lectures and hands-on workshops, supporting my students’ growth through thoughtful critiques and personal guidance. Now, I continue this journey by offering seminars and workshops in the Pittsburgh area, sharing my expertise and passion with the photography community.

The Man Behind the Camera

I’m Nick Conti, a soul fueled by feel-good music with funky bass lines and too much percussion. I’m always chasing the next spicy dish that makes my taste buds dance, and savoring the adventures that food, nature, and life offer.

I’m a proud father and husband, trying to remain present in the beauty of everyday moments.
